Doug French
Managing Director, Santé Ventures

Doug French brings more than 30 years experience as a distinguished health care executive. He is a founder and managing director of Santé Ventures an early-stage healthcare venture fund. He is the past President and Chief Executive Officer of St. Louis-based Ascension Health, the largest non-profit healthcare system in the United States. French also is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Scott Koepke
President Wolverine Advanced Materials

Scott Koepke has international management experience with specialties in turnaround situations and joint ventures. He is currently the President of Wolverine Advanced Materials. Koepke served as EVP and COO of AY Manufacturing, Ltd. and also held top positions at ASC Incorporated and international divisions of Owens Corning, where he was vice president of operations in South America.

Gary Krall
Chief Executive Officer

With more than 30 years experience in global business, Gary Krall brings a variety of strengths to Crosslink. He was most recently COO at NanoDynamics, prior to that he led two Research Triangle bioscience companies, and was Chairman and CEO of Reichhold, Inc., a $1 billion global producer of high performance resins and specialty chemicals. Krall’s experience includes 18 years at Owens Corning where he held a variety of positions.

F.L. (Lynn) McPheeters
Former CFO of Caterpillar, Inc.

Retired after 41 years with Caterpillar Inc., Lynn McPheeters provides a strong financial background, with experiences including accounting, tax, treasury and investor relations. Active in the community, he shares his expertise as a member on many boards, including RLI Corp, Microlution Inc., and the Southern Illinois University Foundation Board, where he received his undergraduate degree.

Brent St. John
Chairman of Crosslink, and CEO of Hampden Holdings, LLC

As Crosslink’s Board Chairman, Brent St. John offers extensive executive management, marketing and operations experience. Prior to his role as president and CEO of Crosslink, St. John served in a variety of executive management positions with The Pillsbury Company.

Kenneth Wang
President, Nanovate LLC

Kenneth Wang has been involved with technology-driven companies as co-founder, financial advisor and Board member. Wang recently organized Clinical Silica Technologies, Inc., co-founded Hybrid Silica Technologies, Inc. and helped organize the predecessor company of Dendritic Nanotechnologies. Actively involved in mergers and acquisitions and financings for over 20 years, he was a director and vice president in chemical industry and M&A groups at JPMorgan and CS First Boston.
